
Crane Fluid Systems has received CIBSE approval for our latest CPD: Digitising Hydronics – Building Intelligence into HVAC Systems.
This course provides valuable insights, including:
- An overview of what defines a “Smart” building in the context of hydronic systems
- An introduction to Building Management Systems (BMS) and their role in hydronic balancing and control
- A review of the development of control valves in heating and cooling systems, from 3-port valves to PICVs and smart actuation
- An in-depth look at low Delta T syndrome, its common causes, and effective solutions
- A detailed exploration of SMART actuation, including remote commissioning, power and temperature monitoring, and system adjustments through BMS
The course is designed to deliver this content in just 45 minutes.
