Variable Flow for Data Centres

Data centre cooling loads are dynamic, with sharp, unpredictable changes driven by AI workloads and rising rack densities. Our Variable Flow range combines Pressure Independent Control Valves with 4th-generation SMART Energy actuators to track real demand as it happens.

Electrically actuated E-PICVs travel from fully closed to fully open in as little as 12 to 18 seconds, up to 5x faster than comparable solutions, while mechanical PICVs continue to regulate flow even without power.

The result is stable cooling, protected Delta-T and reduced pump energy, proven in more than 400 data centres worldwide.
